My primary function in
selling your property (home, condo, commercial property,
etc.) is to make the process as hassle free for you as
possible. The goal is to sell the property FAST at the
best possible price. Here are some of the things I will
do for you:
* Appraise the value of the property-based on recent sales in your
building or neighborhood.
* Help you in the
preparation of your property to increase it's sales
appeal (Home Staging-see details below)
* Take pictures
of your property, prepare specifications, and list the
property in Mls.ca/Realtor.ca, or other venues
(newspapers, magazines, online ads)
* Lock box based
access for showings (to co-operate more efficiently with

property to interested buyers.
* Hold frequent
open houses for your property
* Give you
weekly updates on offers, interests, etc.
* Negotiate with

all the paperwork, contracts, tax documents, etc. when
closing the sale.
The total cost of commission of selling your
property is 5% of the price at which the property is

2.5% goes to the agent who brings the buyer (if I can't
